Very unhappy with them! Hopefully other people be careful of them and anyone who wants google gift cards or cash app for payment-they take sell them and you get nothing all do is lose your money. Thank goodness and grandson for my daughter who told me it was a scam before I lost money

Seen this chihuahua puppy on a web site called Robertchihuahuahome.com I sent an inquiry about her and they started texting me. They seemed to answer all my questions and I even told them I was scared of getting scammed. They assured me they have never scammed anyone and after hours of text I finally sent them 800 through cash app. After they got the 800 they informed me it would be an extra 900 for pet insurance. Now I get the red flag. My husband calls twice and it a man that speaks terrible broken English. My husband said he sounded irritated when he had to ask him to repeat his self because he talked such bad English. After my husband hangs up with him I get a text I was talking to your husband everything’s going to be alright. I ask for a refund and the text stopped. That morning I received another text Good morning how are you today. I replied not good You got my money. You won’t give me a refund. This is a scam and I am going to report you. I blocked his number. Closed my cash app account, canceled all my cards and started reporting him to every web site I could find. I tried ever way to get my money back but I lost that 800 and learn that to never purchase an animal you can’t see. Also be patient if you can’t find what you are looking for. Since the pandemic scams are out there even more please be cautious when buy an animal or anything. Don’t ever use the cash app or Zelle to pay anyone. Always use a credit card incase you have to dispute it. I just don’t want no one to go through what I did. Not only did I lose 800 I lost sleep and it hurt me emotional. It changed me as a person and how I think.
