I just got the same call wanting to know if I would be home tomorrow between 2-6 pm because they need a signature. I work in the courts I think I would know if I was being sued or whatever their issue claims to be. But to put my wife’s mind to ease I googled the number, all this came up.

Got a call stating they were trying too deliver me papers that I had to be home for , called back and wouldn’t answer any questions I needed answered for answers , yall just be ware! And don’t give personal information too anybody that calls over a phone , law enforcement would take action in what they need too do if it was legit, they should NEVER call you!

Received a call from Pro Services (818) 514-9202 a company claiming they have been looking for me to serve me with court documents. They asked me to call RJ Legal at (866) 837-2694 where I spoke with an extremely rude man by the name of Roger Anders. I explained the item was charged-off and I was still asked to pay. After redial I was told I’d be sued in court. I asked for his name and he hung up. I called back and was blocked after speaking with another man that refused to provide their names. I finally got through from another phone and spoke with Cynthia Barnes. She provided the first guys name, but said she didn’t have record of another person accessing my record. After explaining this to Cynthia she requested the dismissal number. I told her to locate it themselves since I don’t appreciate their tactics to get me on the phone and to they to intimidate me. She confused to speak loudly and did not let me talk further backing her colleagues by justifying their actions. No one at this company recited the Mini-Miranda and were extremely rude and attempted to be intimidating. Please contact the following agencies to file a formal complaint: BBB, FTC, FCC, State Attorney General, and your original creditor.

I got the same exact message and immediately started freaking out , but I googled the law firm that they said they was at and it I’m closed, so than I typed in the phone number and all these came up,! Should I be worried and call back ? Or is it a scam ? Thanks in advance

Scam!

I got the same call. I called back and some amateur scammer answered trying to sound professional. When I called him out about the call, he went into a cussing tirade 🤣🤣🤣 He answered saying Legal Department but couldn’t answer what legal department he was working for. It’s a scam, don’t be intimidated by these [censored]
