Purchased a pair of insoles, found out that this was being shipped from China post. Tracking number did not work. Package never arrived, they responded to my email days later saying it was delivered but could not provide me a tracking number. They eventually completely stopped responding

Ordered product off a legit looking website that is based out of the United States. Item finally "shipped" but shipped out of China using some tracking service called Track17. The package is now 16+ days in transit and hasn't had any updates since the 12 of December. Emailed the business but no attempt at a legitimate explanation has been given as to by the product shipped out of China when they claim they have multiple United States warehouses. No real help has been given or attempted to be given. Phone number they provide goes straight to a voicemail saying that no representative are around to take a call.
