Type of a scam Bank/Credit Card Company Imposter Scam

This company has been scamming immigrant families for a while now and making them sign contracts for programs that are 15+ years outdated! A lot of these programs are free and whenever parents call the numbers provided they never get assistance for refunds. This is a scam, a fake contract. If you or a loved one is in this situation, I suggest getting a lawyer if necessary. I read throughout the contract and looked through the programs provided and you can definitely see it’s a scam. Don’t be fooled and seek help to get your money back because this company is being unfair!

Hello, I have work with Riviera's System for a while, Soy Acesora Educativa desde el 2015, y nunca emos engañado nadie desde que entramos en las casas de las familias estamos dejando en Claro que no venimos ni de la escuela ni del distrito que somos compañias independientes que vamos a la par de las escuelas ayudando a los estudiantes con programas educativos a que ellos pasen sus examenes y puedan salir directo de la high school a la Universidad gratuitamente sin Pasar por un college. Le Explicamos a los Estudiantes y a los Padres que la clave del Exito esta en la Educasion y la involucracion de los Padres en la Educasion de sus hijos les decimos que hoy en Dia con tanta Libertad tecnologica los niños an Perdido el enforce en los estudios y es nesesario ayudarlos con programas educativos a los cuales eyos tenga acceso diariamente desde la casa los programas son un manual de desarrollo educativo que posteriormente los llevara al exito economico para que Sean personas productivas lo que Riviera's System ofrece no lo da la escuela y mucho menos gratis, vengo de la escuela y se lo que hablo, pero los Padres hoy en Dia no quieren invertir ni un dollar en la Educasion de sus hijos todo lo quieren gratis, y hay muchas cosas gratis pero lo bueno, Cuesta. Mis Acesorias las doy completes y siempre tengo exito los padres aprenden y tambien los niños y Durante covid se demostro que las escuelas no estaban capasitadas para ayudar a los estudiantes desde la casa los estudiantes bajaron sus calificasiones y perdieron 2 años de grados apezar de que usaron lo que las esvuelas les ofrecio.
Lo que Riviera's System ofrece es un sistema Educativo Completo desde Kinder asta High School y con un sistema de Enciclopedias, GED, Easymath, Ingles, SAT test, y mas... Instalados en una Computadora Nueva Windos, por Power Point donde no ocupas ni siquiera internet, jamas te perderas una leccion, porque todo esta al alcanse de tus ojos.

A person claiming to be Paola Terrones made contact with one of our parents claiming to be with the Migrant Education Program. During the initial contact, she claimed that they were giving away free computers and software to migrant eligible families. They were told to simply sign a paper stating that they understand that this Riviera's Systems, Inc. organization were simply providing them with educational information and what benefits the computer and software will provide. Nowhere on this initial paper does it state that they are in agreement to purchase any equipment or service. The parents were told that they would receive a computer and software. When they arrived with the computer and software they told the parents that they had to provide $300 cash immediately or they would be taking to collections for the full amount. Out of fear, the family provided them with $200 cash, received no receipt, and are now being billed monthly to eventually pay over $3,000 for equipment and services that the public school system provides for FREE. It is clear that this so called company is taking advantage of immigrant families and scaring them into paying for equipment they were tricked into accepting. Contact was made with the company by the school district to state that the family does not wish to keep the computer and would like to return it (it is still in its original package). The company claimed that they will be sending a form to the family providing them instructions with how to return the computer and cancel payments. This has not happened.
