I received a bill from Riverside Radiology and Interventional Associates in the mail that had the same information as my medical bill from Ohio Health but for an amount of $257.63. They have my medical procedure description, my address, my insurance number, my doctors name, and some other protected medical information on the bill. However when I contacted Ohio Health to ask if I owe money to them and to RRIA, they informed me that they have no association with this business and that it is likely a scam and instructed that I not pay any money to this company via mail or online. The Ohio Health staff informed me that All Ohio Health bills can be paid thru MyChart.ohiohealth.com and that the letter I received is most likely a scam.
