They offer you a part-time position as an online jewelry sales manager for $58,000 a year with a probabitionary period which is also paid. They ask you for slightly personal information and then give you a "test" to see if you are qualified. Later, they ask you a few personal questions on how this will benefit your career and why you think you are fit for the job. After that they tell you congratulations and give you a contract to sign. All without actually talking to somebody.
