Person(s) called into the office line acting on behalf of the Frontier Services stating " We work with frontier & as of October 25th your phone will no longer work due to the US passing a law to go away with cooper, you don't have to do anything we will get you your free phones shipped at no cost", after about 1hr on the phone they ( Ring planet Rep.) asked for a credit card # to put on file to ship the new phones, but guaranteed no charges would be made, we provided the credit card # & waited for a few days & received the phones. Ring Plant has a rep call you & assist you with setting the phones up. We were under the impression that we had no choice but to switch. On Oct. 24th & 25th our business internet services were disconnected. Upon calling into frontier to figure out what the problem was, we were told that many of customers have been victim to this company ring planet & have lost services due to this switch. Frontier says they are trying their best to come up with a combat plan for this particular issue & explained they have no affiliation with this company ring planet. This is so inconvenient to our company & the many other companies they have falsely mislead.

Someone I know was hired onto a job for Ring Planet call center. The job did not ask for personal info and was asking them to advertise a product with no real description. Nothing was taken in writing and the business seemed fake.

At first explanation of ATT affiliation and I was to switch to their wireless phone line because ATT was no longer using copper wire. The next time they call they are of no affiliation ATT. The first phone call was Green Planet and today they are RING planet. Since the communication I have had loss of money within my bank account showing no debits or unexplained double billing. Either they are from India or try to sound as though they are from India. Very aggressive and rude. Calls up to 40 times in one day.

This company scams the elderly by telling them they part of AT&T digital devision , and that they are getting rid of all land line phone services and in oder to keep your phone active you would have to switch to a digital line through Ringplanet . Once they get you to agree your phone number is held hostage. When trying to switch back to AT&T, RingPlanet won't give AT&T the information needed to make the switch back.
