A representative came in posing to be a subsidiary of Spectrum. He shared information and I completed documents to switch phone providers. The next day I called the company to cancel so I could directly contract with Spectrum. I have also sent emails periodically to express I no longer wanted to enter into an agreement with the company from lack of communication nor did I ever hear from the rep - James anymore. I asked the the person that came to my building only to find out he no longer works for the company. I have been getting the run around for years. I am being charged monthly from a company calle New Lane which is a finace company. I have continued to explain that I do not have equipment from Spectrum and I should not be charge. The have continued to inform me that is not their concern. The company gave them my information and I owe them for 5 years. They also tell me if I try to cancel, there would be ramifications and their will draft everything they are owed along with other fees.
