I ordered an item from RileyRidge.com on December 6th. As of March 10th, still haven’t received the item. Received an email from their customer service (probably AI) two weeks ago saying they were “investigating” the issue. No response after that.

Ordered a jacket from rileyridge.com on December 8th. Have not received it. I lost $58.99 on this order. Online updates say it is in PA, but it never progresses. Allegedly it is in the USPS system.
