Friend of ex wife, Rick Holliday, who is supposedly in the construction business made a bid to prepare land and put in foundation for a building in Arizona. Payment was to be made in following sequence. 5k up front paid to his account and paid by paypal. 25k before start of work. This was paid via cashiers check, 16K and 9K in cash. Remainder of 14+k to be paid by son and ex wife over 50 months. Showed up for payment. Did some prep work to make it look good I guess then day or 2 after I returned to Kansas walked off job due to us violating partnership agreement. Only agreement we had I fulfilled. The partnership agreement he refers to is the contract for services and payments to be made. Copy available.
