Scammer stated that HE is attempting serve me an affidavit and asked for my current address. I refused to provide any personally identifying information. The scammer Uses the name "Richard Carmichael" and states he is hired by an attorney to simply serve the consumer. He is very unprofessional and quirky. His phone number is (470) 206-1062 and (470) 293-6593. Give him a call.
