I place an order online on 10/1. I received an email from [email protected] on 10/8 with tracking info for my order. However the tracking info was all in a foreign language and did not track my package. I waited to see if the package was going to arrive and on 11/14 I sent an email asking for updated tracking info and the email [email protected] was got a message back saying that email was invalid and my message could not be delivered. This was the only contact info I had for the purchase so now I have to file a fraud claim with my bank.
