Do not buy from this company

They are based in China not UK. I wish I read reviews before I ordered from them. Synthetic cheap hair, looks completely different from the picture. They should be closed down! Do not use!

DO NOT BUY A WIG FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered 3 wigs to try because I am suffering from Alopecia. I bought 3 so that I could try them on in the privacy of my home, and chose ReWigs because of their money back guarantee. There IS NO guarantee. They put me through the wringer trying to get my $800 back with a different song and dance each time I communicated with them which was over a dozen times - finally, they gave me specific directions on returning and for mailing fee of $80 -- I did exactly what they asked, then they came back to say the wigs were lost at customs so would I be satisfied with 13% back, then eventually they went to 30% then 60%. I said 'no' I wanted my full refund less mailing and re-stocking charges. They wouldn't budge. This all took months and a lot of anxiety. Finally I called my bank and they took over and credited my account based on FRAUD. Do not buy from this company! Full stop.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Ordered TWO wigs in January and after their site said hand stitched wigs and it would be 21 days by the time you got them. Well after 21 days and no wigs I contacted them to which they ignored. I emailed them again and they said wait! I contacted them a third time and they said my wig is priority! I contacted PayPal and they instantly had a box sent to me with only a brush and a wig cap. No wigs! They said they checked the weight and I have the wigs, by the way the weight on the box is .02kg! They offered 63$ back through PayPal which I have declined and as of this morning still no wigs, almost three months later! I added on picture but have five! They are crap and then do not want to give your money back!

Never buy from this company. The products do not at match samples. They are poor quality and colours are no where near samples. Regardless of color ordered they are all bright yellow - like doll hair. When refund requested they offer 13% , then after further complaint they offer 17% refund. Companies like this have no business scruples or morals. This company should not be allowed to sell products.

They are scammers they continue to scam people especially elderly and cancer patients. They refuse to give you back your money or a mailing address to send wig back. PayPal is no help to get you back a full refund I guess they are working together to scam innocent people. PayPal never answers their phone.

Lizy, you are absolutely correct Paypal facilitates these fraud website because they make hundreds of thousands of dollars and your hard earned money means nothing to these giants of the website, however if we all pull together we can make a difference.

Rewigs is one of many online Chinese Scammers selling extremely expensive fake wigs. They keep changing websites and their name to scam unaware buyers of their fraudulent products. Their websites are all less than 1 year old even though they claim they have been in business for a long time. They use a fake, partial address in the United States, they provide no telephone number to contact and when you purchase your item through paypal the email address shown in the paypal transaction just bounces when you try to contact them. They have all fakie 5 star ratings for their wigs on their website. I was foolish enough to believe that since I never purchased a wig before. However, 15 minutes after I purchased it I began to look for other online reviews and found out nothing but 1 star reviews all across the web. Some websites list all of the known scammer sites and Rewigs is one of them. The only way to contact them is through their website on an online form. I cancelled my order immediately - within 30 minutes of placing it. They did not respond to me. I contacted them over and over. They finally replied about a week later saying my order had already been processed and shipped. I wrote back several times telling them I had cancelled the order and they did not reply again. About 6-7 weeks later I received a package from them in the mail that had come from China. There was no clear return address given - just a vague city in China. The wig, which was a $209 "human hair" wig was actually a polyester knockoff that could be purchased for $5 from Walmart during Halloween season. It was not the right color or style I had ordered, and was so small it would only fit a toddler. Placed a dispute with my bank since Paypal wouldn't help me. My bank credited the $209 back to me but kept asking for my proof that I returned this piece of junk. I found one wig seller in East Rutherford, New Jersey and shipped it back to them. I have no idea if it went to the right place, but this company needs to be shut down and prosecuted.
