I had bought a sweater from this website and never received it. I contacted the company and they got a representative to say they couldn’t help me and that they would move my ticket up to get someone to help me and they sent another email about my feedback and experience with the company but I never got my issue resolved. I want my sweater I paid for or a refund. I even emailed them for a possible refund.
