The seller confirmed my RetinaClear 6-bottle order and said it would ship the next business day. However, they repeatedly gave conflicting delivery information—first claiming it would arrive on December 27, then later stating it was delivered on December 24. The package never arrived. I checked with all nearby neighbors, and none received it on my behalf.

Tracking only shows ‘delivered in or at the mailbox’ in Washington, DC 20001, without specifying the exact address. I am requesting confirmation of the precise delivery location so I can verify whether it was misdelivered.

Given the inconsistent information and lack of meaningful assistance—being told only to ‘check with neighbors’—I believe this vendor is acting dishonestly. I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this seller.
