I paid this so called professional, Richard Drosin, who promotes himself quite a bit on LinkedIn $550.00 to help me for his "mid-level" package of a resume, cover letter and "revamp my Linkedln profile" instead he was just DISHONEST and verbatim said "It was a way to get around having employment gaps on my resume." After being laid off - again - something unfortunate due to the company outsourcing their accounting dept. At the time I paid Richard Drosin, his website didn't offer a payment I could use except Cashapp. So, $550.00 later got me a résumé and cover letter that COMPLETELY LIED about my work experience and education, also had typos including my last name. I called him and said I had questions because my information was not accurate. I went to him for help to make my resume look better for jobs, not to just boldly LIE saying I was doing something when I wasn't - verbatim what he told me "It's a way to get around that and show that you were doing something during that time versus a gap." Saying I was self-employed as an Accounting Consultant for 3 years? I specifically said, "I do not have a degree in Accounting, just 2 years of relevant college courses taken along with 15 years of experience," and he listed "bachelor's degree in accounting." He told me I could make the changes myself and he would review them and has never responded to me after that saying he has even looked at my email. He did not even look at LinkedIn profile. (I would see it under my viewers, and he's never looked.) Some of it did not make sense, as if they didn’t really understand accounting (my background) and I am so upset. I’m a single mom and am getting no responses or negative ones from jobs applied to. (After trying to fix my resume myself) After many attempts of trying to connect with Richard about this and have gotten NOTHING, yet he keeps promoting himself and all of his success. His profile and website states he is a "Resume Expert, Leader, VETERAN and Coach" He claims to have helped MANY get a federal job! After doing a search on his name I came across others who have the same kind of complaint should there need to be more backup provided I will have them submit a complaint as well! I will provide a link to one as well as send supporting documents for my own. ********************************************************************************...⇄
