I am filing a complaint about Restlinens for refusing to honor their return policy. The merchant advertised a 30-day return policy, but they have completely deactivated all customer service channels (phone, chat, and email) to intentionally block me from returning a product that did not work for me. Because the merchant is actively evading contact to avoid honoring their written return policy, they have breached their return policy. I have made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this directly, but they are completely unreachable. I am notifying you to hold this company accountable and to post a warning to other customers who may purchase from this merchant in the future.
