My significant other and myself called Rest Property Management to see a property. We happened to drive by the property and found it looked nothing like the picture in Rentals.com. They never call you back if you leave a message. You have to fill out a rental app before t hey want to talk to you. We saw another property that looked very nice and same thing basically a property neglected. To me that sounds like false advertising. They want a deposit which in this case was 1,200.00 in both cases. I got very suspicious after seeing the properties. I had never heard of anyone not wanting to give information about a possible rental before or different pictures on a website from what the property actually looked like.
