I bought 1 bottle the bottle was delivered to my place, I bought a second bottle I got a email your package has been delivered looked out my door and no package I contacted them they gave me email address to delivery company they said do this do that take pics of this take pictures of that I did 2 days later they found that it was mishandled by the delivery driver they said forward this email to vendor I did that after 3-4 days and numerous emails we argued back & forth I told them contact me by phone I was never taught on a computer takes me forever to type something contact me by phone and a few choice words they contacted me and said it was in our eyes successfully delivered I would like a to know what is my next step to at least get my money back or the product I was supposed to receive
