Robo-lady said she's from the resort rewards center, promised disney vacation and bahama cruise at a "resort employee rate". Asked repeatedly if it was okay that it asked me questions to see if I qualify. Probably trying to get me to say "yes" or "okay".

We are on the do not call list and get called on our home phone and cell phones by Melissa 3 to 4 times a month. We are tired of the calls and they need to stop.

"Elizabeth" is a robocaller that I've just taken to hanging up on after a dozen calls - all from different phone numbers. All appear to be local cell phone numbers (so you're tricked into picking it up). The company is identified as "Resort Rewards Center" and says you've won something for "staying at one of our resorts." It's a scam. I have never stayed at a resort. If you do stay on the line to get to a real person and tell them you don't want them to call anymore, they hang up (which would be fine if they didn't call again the following week from another number).

This is the second call I've gotten from "Resort Rewards Center". It's a recorded robocall, but it shows up under called ID as coming from a local number in my area code, so I answer it. Last time the call came from a different phone number, and when I used reverse lookup, it was a winery. This time, some poor therapist's phone number was hijacked.

Keeps saying they are from the RESORT REWARDS CENTER. Said I stayed at one of their resorts and I earned enough points to redeem for a stay.

I haven't took a vacation in over 8 years. Even though I'm on the do not call list and do tell them that, they still call from different numbers.

They called me back 1 1/2 hrs later today at 5135439442.

I've received multiple phone calls over the last few months from various numbers (most are purposefully similar to my own, so that I believe the caller is from my area code) from the Resort Rewards Center. The caller advertises "free cruises" and similar hooks to try to get users interested.

I keep getting Robo calls from Resorts Rewards Center from cellular numbers. The cellular numbers are showing as a local number from the same area code that I am in. I keep blocking the number but then I keep receiving calls from a different local numbers. The cell numbers that i have blocked so far I entered above. I just received another robo call today from the same company just different local cell number. I have been on the Do Not Call registry for many years, and have the same cell number for 12 years. I dont give out my number if I dont have to. These robo scammers need to be stopped!!

On Tuesday, November 7th, 2017 from 1:25 pm - 2:16 pm I received in excess of 70 phone calls. They were coming in approx 30 seconds apart. I sent all but 4 to voicemail and attempted to communicate. I received a message it was "Elizabeth from Resort Rewards Center...". At one point I had that voice on one line, got another call, answered that, it was the same voice and message. Each time I was hung up on. I have never asked for calls or done business with such company. This is a complete violation and unacceptable call practices.

I continually get a recorded call from Resort Rewards Center. A different phone # always appears on my phone and they always start with 303-204. Blocking the call is ineffective (since you're blocking a phone # that is likely the one not being used). You cannot interrupt and ask to be removed from their call list because it's a recorded message. I listened to it long enough to get to the point where the voice asks if I want additional information and I said "no", and they said goodbye. I have no idea if this will stop the calling. Time will tell. My mobile # is on the national do-not-call list. I have reported this organization to the FCC.

This company (312-718-9772) continually calls my phone that's listed on the Do Not Call registry saying I recently visited one of their resorts. I've never visited this company.

Repeated realistic calls from a recorded voice, but does not respond to non-scripted prompts, offering a vacation deal.

- Tampa, FL, USA

Upon answering the phone, a clear but automated voice states "Hi my name is Jessica from the resort rewards center can you hear me OK?" If you say yes, they will record you saying the word "yes". With that they will be able to charge your bank account for purchases you did not authorize.

- San Jose, CA, USA

I get these calls weekly. It's some scam involving a cheap vacation in Orlando with cruise and other things at an "unprecedented Employee discount" because "You have enough points to qualify because you stayed at one of our resorts".

- San Jose, CA, USA

Caller claimed to be from the "Resort Reward Center", and claimed they represented a resort I stayed at recently. I have not stayed at any resort. I get calls like this multiple times a week.
