On April 28, I ordered a multinational pedal resistance band. As of today I still have not received my product. On May 17 I received a tracking update. I responded that due to the prolonged wait that I wanted a refund. They responded “We are very sorry for bringing you such shopping experience. We will listen to your suggestions carefully and try our best to correct it. But the package has been sent out. You can wait for the goods to arrive before considering whether to refund.” They are refusing to provide a refund. Do not order from this company!
