Company sold me a Thanksgiving trip that I paid for at the end of August. Within one week of my trip, while I still did not receive my airline reservation number, I found that they had cancelled this trip. Upon calling them on what happened, they informed me that the airline cancelled my trip and that they would refund me what I paid them ... but that for an additional 5x ... I could be booked on the same flight. I said no, refund me and left the phone conversation as such. Since the 10 business days have expired ... they do not return my calls ... rarely pick up the phone and when they do - they hang up. I have yet to receive my credit.

Hello,
I purchased 2 round trip tickets from Cheapflightservice.com and they are not giving me any information about the ticket purchase or confirmation number. I mate this reservation on 10/1/2025 and called today, October 2nd. and they said the Airline- Alaska- will not issue the ticket till Nov. I saw that someone else was scammed and never got the confirmation number. I called this person, Nicole Martin- if that is her real name- and told her that the flight AS288 flight is out of San Diego NOT LAX which I booked to fly out of- she had no excuse for that which prompted me to see if I've been scammed. I think I have and I cannot wait till Nov. to know if this is legitimate or not. I"m going to call my credit card number and explain and try to get out of this.

I was attempting to purchase a ticket from St Louis to Puna Conda Dominican Republic. I went online and lookedup cheaptickets.com While on there a pop-up came on saying that there was a special price for a cost of $350 I clicked on it and started picking out the flight that I wanted. In time a phone number came up and I called it. I spoke to a person by the name of Damien who sent me an email asking me for my basic information, name, date of birth. So I filled out the email and sent it back and he suggested that maybe I should purchase a ticket for the $450 which would allow me to pick my own seat bring one bag and to change the flight if I needed to change it along with some cancelation rights. he also sent me the email link to send the funds by. I used my cash app to send the money to them online and it was through paypal that they received the money. I'm making this complaint because I never got the tickets and at one point I called the number back because Damien said that I would get my E tickets that evening. When I didn't get them I called back and got a female who said that the tickets would be coming on the first day of the month. I called again and talked to someone else and they also said that I would receive my E ticket the first of May. The first of May came no E ticket the 2nd of May came no E ticket well I was out of town and attempted to call Damien back. When I called him back the the number was disconnected. so I called cheap tickets and they said that they didn't have any information on me or any transactions that was given to them about my purchase from that point on I called Paypal and Paypal asked me to send a reply to the email I was sent by the person that claimed to be able to send me an E ticket. I did that and got a notice that the email was not in working order. so paypal took a complaint and said that they would contact these people to see if they can resolve my issue. They said that I had till the 12th to get a response if not then I could possibly get my funds back. I'm making this complaint because my flight leaves in four days and I have to purchase another ticket. I never really use those sites I always go directly to the major airlines this time at the advice of some friends and because of late notice I chose to go to cheaptickets.com And that's where I encountered this person so I'm reporting this because I still would like to get my money back I haven't gotten it back yet not saying that they won't but I just don't have it right now Ii've got to find additional funds to purchase a ticket which is going to be much higher than when I started this process. and I don't want anyone else to go through this.

Identified as Nik673; Stated that they have access to lower rates from airlines; however We would need to wait for a short period for confirmation from airlines. We purchased 3 tickets. We called often to check eventually they would route us to someone else who stated all is well pending release of Confirmation number’s. We would call then routed to leave msg.
