I was visiting a cruise. Called this number because it popped up on Google, saying it was a Royal Caribbean customer service number. They informed me it would cost $175 to re-issue my ticket. Come to find out, they aren’t affiliated with RC! I disputed it with my bank but they keep saying I used their service. Also, I called to tell them (Scam company) about what happened and the lady hung up in my face!

Did a quick google search for Latam airlines phone number. Believed to be speaking with Latam. Explained about cancelling a flight due to an injury. Was told would receive a full flight credit if we paid a cancellation fee. Paid $241.99 on credit card. Received an email that looked like Latam confirming the refund, however looking back now the email address is from [email protected]. Made several attempts to try and use the credit. Latam said they don't issue credits, which was really confusing. Finally went back to this email at Latam's request and realized it was not sent from them. Called the phone number and the scammers would not give a refund or say what company they worked for. Filed a dispute with my credit card company for the $241.99. However didn't realize it was a scam until after the scheduled flight had departed, and Latam shows me as a no-show. So no flight credit, out ~$900 for the flight.

I typed Southwest into google. The second website to pop up advertised a Southwest phone number but when I clicked the number it changed from the number advertised to 1-888-815-3006. |was calling to add my daughters as lap children to my Southwest reservation which should be free The scammer told me it was $178.00 for taxes and fees to add. So I gave him my card info and he said I would have to approve the transaction with my bank. I hung up and he called back multiple times tying to get me to approve the charge. I locked my credit card and got notifications that my card was trying to be used after locked it I called Southwest customer service line from their direct website and they confirmed that it was fraudulent as lap children are free with no additional charge

I believed I was contacting American Airlines to secure seats for myself and my son on a return flight in January 2024. I googled American Airlines as their app was not allowing me to select seats. I contacted what I thought was American Airlines and spoke with Stacy White and Patrick Lewis (an alleged manager). Stacy told me she was the "reservation desk for American Airlines". She took my record locator and was able to pull up my flight information. She stated my flight returning wasn't confirmed and I needed to also pay for seats. She took my credit card information, DOB, and address. She sent a confirmation email that needed me to click to authorize the $290.04 to secure my reservation. When I received the email it looked suspicious. I googled the email attached to it which was not American Airlines. I called the number back and she and Patrick were there. I told him something wasn't right. I contacted my credit card company that had me lock my card. As of an hour later, the charges have not shown on my credit card.
