Ordered an item on January 4, 2025. According to the tracking info it was delivered March 28th. I have emailed them several times to let them know I did not receive it. They just kept telling me to check with the post office and neighbors because they insisted it had been delivered. The post office had no record of it and couldn't use the tracking information they gave me. I have still not received a refund as of April 7, 2025.
