Website looked legitimate, I wanted to purchase a turtle. Sent in the order which was confirmed. However despite the website saying they take multiple forms of payment, only Zelle option was sent after the order was confirmed. Should have been a warning to me. I received a tracking number and link for Aramex Logistics which seemed legitimate. However the turtle was never delivered. Calling the number went to Google voice number which was transferred to someone who answered the phone. The person could have been anywhere in the world. I’m going to try and find a pet store that sells turtles, but they are hard to find because they have all closed.

I attempted to purchase salemanders and they provided three odd options to pay. Zelle, Chime and something else. I tried paying with Zelle and my back would not participate so I downloaded chime. When I made the payment to the same phone number they gave me they said it wasn't set up for chime and I would have to pay through a different address even though the payment went through.

I'm sure the money is long gone and they would just keep coming up with reasons for me to send more payments with promise of refund never to come. I reached out to Chime and they said the payment was accepted on their end. The new payment option they gave me was a different person all together tied to the scam site I am posting on. Here's their contact info (no address though) on their website: Where are your located? A: We’re based in Idaho. Our mailing address is 614 Mateo St, Los Angeles

Placed order on website then made deposits for order including shipping for live animals then i get a message saying shipper received package but needs additional 275 for special shipping crate for animals however i was never notified of this before now seller went silent after i refused and demanded animals returned to them.the shippers were a company called aramex however none of the content info including phone number on site work i said this to seller who emails me a personal cell of some foreign guy who answers without saying business name then when i ask what shipping company he works for he stutters as if trying to think and then says a completely different company name then who i was supposed to be on the phone with. I have all emails,screenshots from website chat and all transaction records on zelle and PayPal

Contacted about ordering a tarantula, they said they accepted through Zelle. I figured it's 2023, Zelle business is fine so I sent it through. "Merchant" took 5 days to ship through a Global Post logistics company which I've never heard of but their site looked legitimate for the business. After finally getting a tracking number this Global Post contact asks me for more for a stamp fee and then even more for an insurance fee, all through Zelle or Cashapp, and then ask for more which I refused and demanded a refund O'm definitely not getting. A few hours later my boyfriend finishes research telling me it's definitely a scam and I block and report everything after keeping all my pictures of email and communication.
