My camera lens broke. So I sent it in to them in May of 2022. They worked on it and sent it back. I took it out in September of 2022 right before our trip and found that it did not work. I called them up right away and they said that it was out of warrentee by a couple of days and that they would fix it again at no cost if I would send it back to them. I sent it to them a few days later and they received it in early Oct 2022. Then the wait starts. Nothing happens. I call and no one answers. I write emails and nothing happens. Finally about a year later I get someone on the phone. I told them the story and they said that they are new owners. They said they no longer have my lens. I told them they owe me my lens and that I was told it would be fixed for free. Somehow they said they found it and were working on it. Another long wait. I keep sending emails and trying to get them on the phone. They say that it fixed and they send me a bill. I again told them that it was to be free because they told me it would be free because the initial fix did not work. Now they say I have to pay again. I told them that I was told that they would fix it for free. I continue to send emails stating this, but no reply. I began calling as well, but no one answers. I finally got through this month and they tell me that they no longer have my lens and that is just too bad. Now I am out my money and my lens. Please don't let others be taken by this so called business. Thank you.
