The Agent Andrew Carnell call on Nov/2016 promise to give me a listing worth 670K, I need to pay 499.00 to have access to the website. I did a BPO, in Dec 2016, the listing didn't give to me after 4 months. I have been in contact with Andrew and he said is almost ready but he ask me to deposit 500.00 more for preservation refundable at closing. I didn't agree to put the additional deposit. the contract, the site is a scam. the President Sarah Sheffield is not fund. Bat reviews at ScamPulse.com as Optimal REO Solutions.
