There are three different houses for rent listed on rent.com. none of them are within the normal price range for the houses, all with the same phone number

There was a house rental on Rent.com , seemed too good to be true, emailed asking for an application and they wanted a security deposit. I googled the records and deeds.... and it showed the name the scammer was attempting to use, as the name they were using had just sold the home.

Found a listing on Rent.com. recieved followup email. Offer seemed too good to be true and circumstances were suspicious. I looked up current residents and property status. Information given seems incorrect and email doesn't match up. I included a screenshot of the followup email and will send more if needed
