And I put I will be paying $500 in cash for the first time and And then I will get a money order. For the rent after that. And he put I'm not sure of my ability. That's why I asked if you had any method of payment you could use. I put well after I get to U-haul, I have to pack what I can. I'm going to take. With me and I will have the dogs. So that's why I was asking where you want to meet me so that I can pay you and that's why it's going to be cashed the first time because I'm going to have the dogs with me. And then he put OK. I get that. But you need to make the payment down because I will. So. I can come along with you to sign it. I put OK. What can I do that? When I get the U call and I'm on my way to Lubbock and I can meet you somewhere, then I can sign the lease and give you the $500. And then he put. You could get an Apple gift card for $500, then make one payment you have. So by the time you get to Lubbock, the lease agreement will be ready for you to sign. I'm beginning to think that this landlord is a scam. Reading this conversation. And then I put I never heard of a landlord trying to use an Apple gift card for $500. And he just text me saying. Of course, gift card is a method of pain. We're in the digital age, right? So now these things are acceptable. My grandkids told me about it, and since then I have been accepting them as method of payment. I am legit, of course. I'm nothing like the spam or scam artist. I would never do such a thing to anybody, I assure you. That you will get a place once you have paid by gift card. And nothing will go wrong about it once I have. Payment ready. Immediately start working on the paperwork on the property you will be able to sign. But I need a $500 Apple gift card for payment.
