They advertise amount of 696.00 for a senior apt on Kirman way they advertise even lower on other apps however they don't have a single thing at that location for the amount advertised they also advertise that they will use the 30% of income amount rent however they do not allow anyone in at that price they say oh that is our other property but those prices at their other property on center st. are not at all that price either they say you have to have 3 x the rent for income. this is a bait and switch, they are very discriminating office against whatever they choose for that day and also they only have office open two days a week they had me fill out more than one application cuz office girl has no skill in files or organization at all they won't answer phone ever
