Signed up for free sleeve of golf balls offered on a Facebook ad. Paid for shipping with credit card. A week later got charged a service fee. Contacted company that I doubt was in U.S. On three calls I was told each time that I did not have an account with them, that they had no record of me. Two weeks later, contacted their email support address and said free golf balls were only given with subscription to service. That offer was clearly stated on offer, they claimed. I never saw that condition or would have never signed up.
