I have contacted them numerous times about my order. I was told first that my credit card did not go through. I was then told to use PayPal and to use friends and family since PayPal doesn’t accept anything to do with ammunition. I did that. Then when I went to PayPal to dispute the charges I was informed that because the payment was sent through friends and family there was no recourse. I have tried calling, using their chat, and email but have had no response. When the website says that there’s 24/7 chat it’s a false statement. Each time I try it waits 60 seconds and comes on the line saying “Sorry we missed your call. Leave a message and we will contact you.” Then it does not allow you to leave a message. The only way to leave a message is through their website but I have never received any response. This is fraud!!
