I was called and emailed to get my information for a car refinance. I gave them all the documents you would need for that , Drivers Lic, Bank Acct , etc. and 3 days later I was ghosted. I called the number and they said he would call back, I sent every piece of information that would get me the loan but then their number is disconnected and no one has emailed, texted or called about the loan. I warned them I would be reporting them just in case I was mistaken but I haven't heard a word. So they come up as one with a good rating when you search for a Refinance Car loan so was surprised they are not what they said. Lots of promises to get my loan rate, get the payment delayed , etc. So I was still hope full but I have changed my info and still not heard a word
