I ordered six 8'x12' keyhole garden planters on a "hot sale" and then waited. I checked the tracking site they had given with the shipping notification, but since I knew it was coming from China, I didn't look daily. The last time I checked, it said the package was delivered. So I emailed them. The email address they gave for contact didn't work, so I adjusted it to match the original website address. In their reply, they gave me a USPS tracking number and said that, since it showed as being delivered "in or near mailbox" that I had to take it up with the post office. I went to the post office, and they checked the tracking number. It was for a 5 ounce package delivered into my mailbox. They showed me a photo of the package, and I recognized it as the random package of toothbrushes I'd received with no shipping information. When I contacted the seller again, they stated I could either return the toothbrushes to 1F, Block B, 108-120 Fengping Road, Fenggang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China (at my cost) and THEN receive either the originally ordered product or a full refund, OR I could keep the toothbrushes and receive a 40% refund of my total payment, "which can save the hassle of returning the item to us. If you have any different ideas, please kindly tell us and do not take further action, please believe that we can help you to solve it in a short time."
