Fast forward to October 2022, and my store was suspended by Amazon. I verified this through the backend myself. It has now been TWO YEARS since that suspension, and despite his team of foreign VAs submitting nearly two dozen appeals, none have worked. My store is still suspended.
Even worse, Reco has completely disappeared from the situation. He has ignored all my attempts to contact him and has removed himself from the process entirely. At this point, I feel deceived, and I'm not looking for a resolution anymore. I just want to warn others about this experience so they don’t make the same mistake I did.
