They are selling "Reborn Dolls" on their website. What I paid for is not what I receieved. I paid for two reborn dolls that have silicone bodies and detailed real qualities. What I have recieved are plain soft plastic dolls that do not look anything like the pictures on the website. One doll even has paint on it that isnt supposed to be on it. After reaching out to them about receiving the wrong product they only offered 10, 20 and 30 percent discount or me returning the dolls and taking the shipping cost as a loss. I have been comunicating with them for days and i have gotten nowhere with them. Either way I am out of money. This company bait and switched me.

This is a website that sells reborn baby dolls. I bought one for my daughter. It said 10 to 15 days. The package is not located in the USA like their tracker is showing. I contacted the usps but they have not received anything. Ive contacted the company for refund and they are not trying to refund me. This website needs to be removed all together. Ive also just checked the reviews to see if it is legit and others have been targeted. Please someone needs to remove this website

This website pictures real babies. When the product arrives it is cheap, poor quality. The item does not show up looking anything like what you thought you were purchasing. Their website says you can return a product if it is poor quality, defective, or broken, but thats not the case. I receiced a broken doll that was cheaply made. Custormer service refused to give me a refund, stating that the dolls are hand crafted and there is an amount of differences based on that fact. I reminded them that the item was broken. They continued to refuse refund. This website is a complete scam. You dont get what you pay for and they refuse refunds even though their website offeres refunds for poor quality.
