Type of a scam Online Purchase

They are scammers

I spent $124 on a baby doll for a Christmas gift. They sent me a boy doll that was obviously completely different than what I ordered. I paid for full silicone body with rooted hair. They sent a boy doll with cloth body and hair was painted. I requested via email for them to send me what I ordered and to take their doll back and they want me to ship the box to an address in China and pay for the postage as well before they will issue me a full refund which I doubt I would get. Please do not buy from this company they are scamming people.

The website provided pictures of high quality silicone baby dolls for sale. I purchased one of the dolls, but what I received did not match the product I ordered. The seller was contacted via email, and have several response emails. They will not provide a phone number. They will not provide a US address to return to. They will not provide a prepaid return label. They are insisting I must return at my own expense to an address in China. The return/exchange policy on their website does not mention that buyers are required to return items to China. Their billing name on my credit card as RH rebornartdoll is flagged with my credit card company as similar to other scam sellers.
