What i assume to be a phishing email was received, I didn't click the link before searching for the company and finding a ScamPulse.com scam alert regarding it, hence why I am pushing this report.

I received an email from someone saying they were with FLL Shipping in the HR dept. Here is the email.

"Greetings!

This is Alicia Thomas from FLL Shipping Post HR department. I just left you a voice mail and wanted to notify you by email in case this is more convenient for you. I am reaching out because it looks like you’re a great fit for a Shipment Analyst here at FLL Shipping.

The email said they tried to call and left a message which they did not. This 'Alicia' had an accent. I'm thinking possibly Filipino. Curious, I allowed her to explain the position. She went on to explain the process where I'd receive packages and reship them. I told her I wasn't interested. After doing a little homework, I saw an article on Flexjobs about 'Reshipping scams'. I believe that is exactly what this was. When I called their number from the site (888-387-7107), the front end message provides some options. However when you select any option, it brings you back to the beginning of the message (loop). I am a job seeker and I try to be diligent. Unfortunately, my very first job offer was a scam.

They sent me an email, unsolicited, about being a Shipment Analyst. But I noticed that the grammar was off and it was not sounding as professional as I would expect. So I knew it was a scam.

As a Shipment Analyst you need to receive customer's orders which will be delivered to your home address by UPS, FedEX or USPS. The orders will be coming from stores like Amazon, BestBuy, Walmart, Zappos and others.

Usually people order apparel, accessories, small appliances, a lot of electronics, basically whatever they can get cheaper in the US than in their countries.

You need to check all the items against the invoices, check them for any kind of damages, make pictures, make copies of paperwork, report the packages, get them prepared for shipment and then ship them mostly to our hubs from where we ship internationally by sea and by air. Rush orders may be shipped internationally by you.

I received an email recently. The only link back to the business was a video they created but no further details about the company or the HR employees that I have names for.

I received two emails. One went to my Span folder and another to my Inbox.

I received the email below from this "company." The grammar in the email was suspicious and I didn't apply for any position with them. Additionally, the representative name didn't match the name on the email address. It included a link that I did not click.

Received an email stating my resume was found through job search websites for a national Shipment Analyst vacancy that pays $4800 per month where I can also receive additional income as bonuses. I was then asked to watch an 8 minute video through the link that they provided but once I clicked on the link it took me to a video that was only 4 minutes long, and told to contact them if I had any questions. I have received emails like this before and have gone through the whole interview process for one of them before realizing it was a scam and luckily not giving any information that was too personal.
