I purchased from this company a drill doctor 750x (an electric tool for sharpening drills) They sent me a pair of boots.I tried to contact them by phone but the mail box was full and no one answered the phone (six times same outcome)I contacted them by email and they replied.They wanted pictures of what i recieved of the shipping label the invoice etc which i sent them.I never heard from them again. Unable to contact them since11/8/17
