Attempted to purchase a softball bat that was supposed to be being sent from Austin, Tx with Rapid Route Express (rapidroute-express.com). Tracking info was never updated and was told that i needed to pay $100 shipping insurance. I did, bringing my total loss to $270. Then a few hours later i was contacted again saying that i need to pay another $200 insurance fee for the last leg of shipment. When questioned over all of it they just kept repeating themselves saying i needed to pay the extra $200 and i would receive my item within an hour and then all fees would be reimbursed. Nothing was ever received
