My fiance (now husband) and I purchased a custom NY Rangers jersey for my father as a father of the bride gift. This website popped up as an option to customize a jersey and it was a decent price so we went with it. The website looked legit, had Rangers branding and imagery looked correct. This order was placed on October 19th and we needed it by November 18th - I'm writing this on December 30th and we still have not received the custom jersey. I sent follow up emails to their customer support contact and they were not helpful at all. I'm uploading my shoptherangers.com dashboard stating the status of my order. I also have customer support emails that I can send.
