On the website www.qvcdepot.com I seen a Frigidaire nugget ice maker for sale. I ordered it for $44.89 total on Nov.18, 2024. After waiting a few days, I checked the website to see when it was going to be arriving, and it said not shipped yet, so I emailed the company through the chat link provided on their website asking where my package is. That was on Nov 23, and I got a email back saying it had been shipped and gave me a tracking number. the tracking # lead me to a website called 17TRACK, where I had to get the words translated for Chinese to english just so I could read it. So every few days I would check the tracking and nothing every came. I email the company about my package and they always said it was on the way. On Dec 6, My bank card got hacked by someone trying to take out $544.89 from some online place and I immediately called my bank and froze my debit card and cancelled it. At this point, I figured out that the ice machine was a scam and they had just tried to hack my debit card and that it is all a rouse just to STEAL PEOPLE'S DEBIT AND CREDIT CARD NUMBERS. So I kept tracking this package and on dec 17 I email them once again looking for my package, and they emailed back stated it was delivered to me. I went back and forth over the next 2 days that nothing was delivered and nothing is at my post office for me either and I want my money back. They have offered no refund and just keep emailing back that my package was delivered successfully even though I'm telling them it has not. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM AND ONLY WANTS TO STEAL MONEY FROM YOU. Just think, you can't even review their products on their website, only read about fake other ones.
