QVU sales

Purchased 2 things and after seeing they have never been shipped I contacted the number at the bottom of the website I gave my order number…. And was told it was a scam.. but how ?
They have the actual phone number and link for the QVC site? I wasn’t going to argue with the woman, but I will not let my money be taken by losers. Has anyone else made a complaint?!

They use a QVC add on Facebook advertising Dooney and Burke purses. When you click on the website, it still has QVC on the webpage and they are offering the same purses plus others. They list it as a outlet so you think you are getting a bargain on those purses. They will send you an email with the pictures of the merchandise you ordered (which are pictures of Dooney and Burke purses). You will get a shipping email with the same pictures of your order and a tracking number with S.F Express. When you receive the merchandise it is poor quality and not only is it not Dooney and Burke, it has no brand name at all. I lodged a dispute and they answered with their return policy but they give no address to return it even to the card company. They give an incorrect email for you to request the return address all while their 14 day policy is ticking away.
