I saw the ad on Facebook in December. The link took me to a website displaying purses at a deep discount. After several weeks of no shipping notification, I sent customer service an email-there is no phone number. After no response, I called my credit card to dispute. This is fraudulent

I ordered several Dooney Burke handbags from this website believing it was QVC but it was not. My order was charged but not shipment has been made and they will not return my inquiries to refund my order.
