So I made a purchase online when the package was supposably delivered a month later it wasn't to me so I contacted them and they said they couldn't give me any info on where the package was delivered because they only pay for a minimum security service for postal so I told them I want a full refund then they countered offered a refund of 60% back I said no ect finally I got them to say they will refund 100% back to me then they said it will take 15-25 business days for the refund will it's been like 33 business days and nothing and all the communication has been through email.
