Type of a scam Online Purchase

After the loss of a family member, we searched for services to make a memorial card for the upcoming services. The company's website was easy to navigate so we began designing our template. We made a few saves along the way but when we finished and went to pay our CC prompted an error message so we linked our PayPal account and paid for their services. Almost immediately we received a phone call from our CC company stating that our card was charged and that it seemed to be a fraudulent company. We began a dispute with our CC company at that point. So I tried to find our project and found a copy of it with some of our first preliminary edits but never got our final product that we saved. So we had to start all over from scratch with a different company and file a dispute with PayPal as well. Our disputes have been ongoing for over a week now and the company refuses to refund neither of our payments at this point so I am reaching out to you. I hope you can resolve this matter and I hope that you can protect anyone else suffering a loss from experiencing this type of scamming, especially when we are in mourning!
