The “business” says they are based in the United States in Ohio on their social media, so I purchased some clothing totaling $165.16. All but one item was entirely too short upon arrival and immediately contacted the company to return them.

The has tried offering $16.00 as a refund with the option of keeping the clothes. I can’t wear them so I declined, and asked for a shipping label. The company then says they can’t provide one, then says the items have to be shipped to the China address which costs $287.00. When asking for the US address, they claim they don’t have a US address, although advertised they were a US company. When asked for a phone call from the manager they claim they have no way of calling.

I have the entire email thread since the initial contact of 6/2/21.

I ordered from Queenfy March 18th. I had seen there merchandise which look pretty nice all over FaceBook. I took a chance and decided to order three dresses from their site. I also ordered from another site through FaceBook that same day ( the other site was the second time I had done business with them) Queenfy on the other has was the first time I did business. I kept check my account through the website to see when my items were shipped so that I can track the package. My status still to this day states "Unfulfilled" I contacted them through the website on the email and no response, then I started inboxing them on FaceBook. I got two response that would apologize for the inconvenience and ask for my order number and then the communication was dead. I got an email stating that only one of the items weren't available at the warehouse to which I asked when would I receive the other two----dead! Unfortunately I chose to do my homework afterwards and saw that other women were complaining in their FaceBook comments about the same exact issues. Some made purchase in February and still haven't received their items. Now Queenfy has pretty much restricted/cut-off the comment section so to prevent people from seeing the complaints. I have contacted my bank and made a claim. All should beware of Queenfy, it's either they are running a scam or took on too much customers and CAN NOT meet the demand.
