At the time of writing this it has been exactly 3 weeks since they took the money off of my gift card. They took the money immediately.

When I try to speak with them through their chat, about 25% of the time I will talk to someone and only get as far as showing them proof of my transaction. They then disappear and will not respond to you again. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I've noticed they change the timestamps on my chat discussions when I log off and log back in.

I sold a visa gift card to quchange and right away they took the money off my card for best buy it says and never sent me the money for it and then changed the amount they was suppose to pay me and it has said processing my withdrawal for the last 5-6 hours when they promise instant pay and take there money right away.

QUCHANGE advertising says that they buy gift card and pay instantly, or within a couple minutes. Also how they have 24/7 customer service. These statements are lies! It is impossible to get in contact with chat or by phone. I still haven't been paid and it's been 14 hours! Do not sell your unwanted gift cards here! SCAM BEWARE!

These pieces of **** made an agreement on a price to buy a walmart giftcard worth $41. They advertised that they were instant with their payments. Other apps offered more than they did for it but were not instant. Low and behold they took longer than apps that offered more,there was no way to cancel or contact anyone there to cancel the transaction. My biggest complaint is we made an agreement on a price. They turn around and change our agreement to fit what they want to change it to. $41.71 they decided to give me $7.45. Who the **** in thier right mind would do that.

I sold a gift card to Quchange from Nordstrom for $97. I contacted them and they never responded. By luck they finally paid me 7 months later but I would never use this company.

The site says fast transaction, 100% safe. I sold a gift card to them for $89.00, but the never paid me. They emptied the gift card, and never paid me.

I wanted to sell a gift card in the amount of 50usd. The website claims instant payout. They offered N18000 which converts to about 40.56usd. I agreed and after over 24 hours and no payment had reached my account I contacted them via;chat through their app. They told me to check my paypal account and payment was sent. I looked and they deposited only 15usd. I asked where the remainder of the money was and they said this was the negotiated amount and that I had to accept it. I then told them that is not what I agreed to I would like to cancel transaction. They said my card had already been sold. Previously before using app I checked reviews. As I look closer I now see that they work very hard to try and always keep a good review on top of the list for people quick searching. But if you look at all of the reviews it is literally scattered with many other testimonies of fraud and being ripped off. They should not be allowed to keep running such a deceitful and blatant fraudulent and misleading business.

This company advertised instant cash for gift cards. I sold them 150.00 worth of gift cards and they have not sent my money to my bank yet. It's been almost a month and they took the money of my cards and can't get any response from the company at all.
