I purchased three of the advertised on Instagram portable air conditioners on June 9th, they charged my card but I have never received my products. A month or two later began digging, no emailes from them. No website exists under the name of co. they listed on the bill : Blaux Portable Ac_G2 Www.Qualitype NJ

Purchased a a/c for 67.99, & another one for $98.94 on 6/25/21. Both pro s were deducted from my account on 6/28/21. Called 855 number on 8/03/21 and was told no record of transaction. On purchase was linked t o me on Dec 2020. Amount of purchase $67.99. Was told to contact my card holder. I have no receipt of purchase. Does this sound familiar?
