I purchased three of the advertised on Instagram portable air conditioners on June 9th, they charged my card but I have never received my products. A month or two later began digging, no emailes from them. No website exists under the name of co. they listed on the bill : Blaux Portable Ac_G2 Www.Qualitype NJ

Purchased a a/c for 67.99, & another one for $98.94 on 6/25/21. Both pro s were deducted from my account on 6/28/21. Called 855 number on 8/03/21 and was told no record of transaction. On purchase was linked t o me on Dec 2020. Amount of purchase $67.99. Was told to contact my card holder. I have no receipt of purchase. Does this sound familiar?

I was tricked into giving them my credit card. They charged me $5.95 and never ship anything.

I ordered an a/c (portable) for $98.94 plus a lifetime warranty for $32.99. It was deducted from my bank account on June 10, 2021 and I've not gotten an email confirmation nor my product. No way to contact them. I want my money back!

I ordered Blaux portable air conditioner thru YouTube ad in April 2021. Just got hot here in WA & I found it not working (blower works 10 seconds & quits). Was going to return the products for refund but not sure they will receive pkg & refund me.

April 2021 I ordered YouTube ad’s Blaux portable air conditioner ($99) plus 2 water curtains ($25) which blower stops in 10 seconds everytime. Want to call to return them for refund. No phone # & not sure address is place to receive returned products to refund me. JP (Julie Pizarro)
