I contacted this company to replace a broken garage-door-opener spring. They sent someone out to do the work. The technician repeatedly tried to upsell the replacement. Eventually, we agreed on the repair and he gave me an estimate. After completing the work, he presented me a bill that was more than $500 more than the estimate. The estimate didn’t include taxes and a fee for using a credit card. I refused to pay more than the original estimate. He reluctantly agreed. A month or so later, the door opener started to malfunction. I had to manually assist the motor to raise the door. I’ve had a local establishment come out to assess the situation. Their conclusion is the springs that were installed were too weak and I was extremely overcharged. Also, some of the hardware was deformed when installed. They replaced all hardware for $1500. The scammer had charged me $4636 for the original, inadequate repair.

I purchased a product from this business that broke shortly after without any tampering or abuse. I attempted to contact their support team, as the product came with a 2-year warranty, but the phone number is disconnected. I received no response after submitting a warranty claim or their website, and did not receive a response to multiple emails.

I ordered a bag from their website and received it almost three weeks later. It turned out to be a cheap knockoff made in China that didn't even fit the description on the website. They want me to ship it to china at my own expense. They also offered me a 20% refund and told me to keep the bag if I didn't want to ship it back.

This business advertises high end, hand crafted jewelry. What they send is poorly made, extremely low quality, mass produced costume trinkets that don’t match the photos on their website. They claim to offer refunds but they did not provide me with any order number or order confirmation information. They insisted that any returns had to be shipped to China (it would have cost me nearly $25 to mail) with no assurance of a refund. This is clearly a scam.

I ordered and paid for 2 sweater and received 2 sweaters. Sweaters are not the same as the listing. Quality is inferior and the fit and size are off. I have emailed the company listed on their site 3 times requesting a return with no response from them. My first email was December 30, 2025 and last email sent was January 6 2026. $104 wasted.

They advertised “Montessori” Toys. The quality was very low and one item would be a choking hazard. They do not offer free returns, so it would cost me the same amount of money to return the item as I paid for the item

This is a fake business, it uses very low prices to make people want to buy from them. They use AI pictures to make it seem real, as well as a fake closing sale.

Jewelry was advertised as going out of business sale. Story and images looked like a location in the US. Well written and slick website. Described as "Handmade". Good detailed photos which looked handmade.. Money back guarantee. What I received did not look like the images online. Very cheap cast jewelry. Not handmade. One piece came broken. Earrings do not look like the photo at all and can not even be put in the ears. No return address on website. No phone number or location either.

A picture of a high quality sweater seen in Brooks Brothers type stores is copied and pasted on to their website, and many other similar websites as these changing name companies are all the same. I ordered through PayPal so thought it was safe. But this was a month before Christmas- tracking number was phony, they claimed the items were delayed at Customs, eventually a very cheap unwearable imitation arrived well after Christmas on the slow boat from China. I started receiving piles of spam on both my cell and my email after that. They would only accept return if I paid more in postage than the cost of the items. They did not address whether my data was secure. They refunded me $26 out of $107. The family members did not receive their Christmas gifts. I donated the knockoff shirt things.

Scammer's phone(866) 666-6666 Scammer's website www.Futario.com Scammer's email[email protected] CountryUnited States Total money lost$122 Type of a scamOnline Purchase
I ordered merchandise from the online retailer (www.Futario.com). Upon receipt of the item, I was not satisfied with the purchase. The color of the item was a quite different shade of brown than what was shown on the website. So I attempted to return the item. As I went to their "REFUNDS/EXCHANGE" info, there was no toll free number to call, instead an international number listed that would cost me money to speak with a representative. So I sent an email to their support email address listed on the site for customer service help [email protected]. The website guarantee that a response would be provided to the customer within 48 hours. It has now been 4 business days and I have not recieved any response. I also went ahead and sent a second email on the 2nd day to follow up with the email as the time frame for returns quoted on their website is within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. I was running out of town with no contact from the company. There also was no return address and instructions listed on the site to return the item so I was at the mercy of the business waiting on the response. This business and website should be shut down. It appears this is a international company that does not follow consumer state laws for operating their business efficiently and adhering to state law. I am confident I am one of many consumers that may have been harmed by this company and have no way to contact these owners. I am looking for a resolution and refund of what I paid for the merchandise.
